For every month refer one patient who then becomes an active patient* and receive five tickets into the raffle. Refer an additional patient, who then becomes an active patient and receive 10 more tickets into the raffle. Refer a third patient, who becomes active, and receive 15  tickets into the raffle. For every referral after the third you will receive 25 tickets per referral.

 

At the end of each month a monthly winner will be drawn. All tickets from each month will be placed in a larger raffle. At the end of the year we will draw from the yearly tickets. The winner will receive a one-week family vacation for four to just about anywhere in the world. **
